RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Charms Paradise, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, except where legal exceptions apply.

Please read the terms below carefully.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

For standard returns, there is no need to contact customer support by email beforehand.

You can submit your request directly through our Return Centre, accessible at the bottom of our website under Help > Return Centre.

Simply:

  • Click "Start a Return"

  • Enter the requested information

  • Follow the instructions provided

The process only takes a few moments.

Important: To ensure your return is processed promptly, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your order number.

Incomplete, incorrect, or missing information may prevent us from identifying your return immediately, which could significantly delay processing and any applicable refund.

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

  • Be returned in a condition suitable for resale

  • Be unworn and unused beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and characteristics

  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories or accompanying items

  • Be complete, clean, and properly protected for shipping

If a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, resulting in diminished value, Charms Paradise reserves the right to apply a proportional deduction from the refund or refuse the refund if the product is no longer suitable for resale.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

  • Personalised or engraved items made to customer specifications

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or products purchased as part of a special promotion

  • Any products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or a confirmed defect upon delivery, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipping solution or prepaid return label is offered through our Return Centre, its cost may be deducted from your refund where clearly indicated during the return process.

Where a defect or our error has been confirmed, return shipping costs may be covered following verification.

Please note: All returns must be submitted through the procedure available in our Return Centre.

Returns sent without a properly registered return request or without sufficient identifying information may result in longer processing times or may be difficult to identify.

REFUNDS

Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

For valid withdrawals, refunds will be issued using the original payment method as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may withhold the refund until the earlier of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or

  • Receiving proof of return shipment from the customer.

Refunds cover:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated above.

  • Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may lead to a reduced refund.

  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and, where possible, provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected product

Following verification, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or using a promotional code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order processing errors.
